Project Manager - Supplements; CDMO

Our client is a market‑leading dietary supplement contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) serving established brands across the nutraceutical industry. They specialize in end‑to‑end product development and manufacturing solutions.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross‑functional projects from initiation through commercialization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and quality requirements.

• Lead end‑to‑end product development projects from client brief to manufacturing handover
• Develop timelines, define scope, and track milestones
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, QA, RA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EFSA/FDA, and applicable regulations
• Assess formulation feasibility and cost targets
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Serve as primary client contact for development updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• 3–7+ years experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, or CDMO environments
• Strong understanding of GMP and supplement regulatory frameworks
• Experience with multiple dosage forms
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage to cost targets

• Experience working with supplement dosage forms (capsules, tablets, powders, gummies, etc.)
• Familiarity with product commercialization processes
