CFG Health Network is hiring a Psychiatrist (Adult and/or Child & Adolescent) to join our clinical teams in New Jersey. This is a full-time role with predictable hours, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation without the pressures of private practice.
The RoleAs a Psychiatrist at CFG Health Network, you provide psychiatric care to adult and/or pediatric patients within a structured, team-based environment. You work closely with psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, nurses, and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Most workdays run from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and start with treatment team meetings. The focus is on patient care, administrative and operational support is fully in place.
Responsibilities- Perform psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment options
(Child Psychiatrists may also be involved in program development and staff education.)
