** Jefferson Health is seeking compassionate, patient-focused Per Diem Hospitalists to join our Hospital Medicine team in New Jersey. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for physicians who are looking to supplement their schedules or interested in a dynamic, supportive environment without a full-time commitment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
* Respond to acute medical situations and emergencies on the floor
* Document care using EPIC electronic medical records
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members

* Qualifications:

*** MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Current New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Active DEA and CDS registrations
* Prior hospitalist experience preferred
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
