Position: Life Connections Program Facilitator

Position Title: Life Connections Program Facilitator
Department: Veritas Management Group
Location: Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix – Joint Base MDL, NJ

Summary

Veritas Management Group (VMG) provides mission-aligned support services to federal agencies nationwide. We partner with the Federal Bureau of Prisons to deliver structured, values-based programming that promotes personal growth, accountability, and successful reintegration.

The Life Connections Program Facilitator provides classroom instruction and program coordination for the Residential Life Connections Program at FCI Fort Dix. This role supports participants through structured curriculum delivery, interactive learning sessions, and collaboration with institutional program staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver curriculum-based classroom instruction (up to 25 hours per week).
  • Facilitate interactive sessions promoting life skills, moral development, and personal accountability.
  • Coordinate with program staff to support participant progress and engagement.
  • Maintain attendance records and required documentation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly service summaries.
  • Comply with all institutional safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism in a correctional environment.
Education and/or Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in religious studies, education, social sciences, or related field.
  • Experience facilitating group instruction or life skills programming.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in correctional, faith-based, or adult education settings.
Work Schedule
  • Up to 25 hours per week.
  • Schedule determined in coordination with program leadership.
