Position: Responsible Gaming Compliance Associate

Salary: $25.31/hr - $33.22/hr

• Monitor and review daily customer reports, determining necessary outreach.
• Track and record customer interactions accurately.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead revisions.
• Work cross-functionally, managing competing priorities.
• Address issues related to regulatory compliance in iGaming, online sports wagering, and retail sports book.
• Perform duties related to the Game Sense program as an advisor.
• Other related tasks as assigned by the Senior Responsible Gaming Compliance Manager.

• Ability to stand or sit and operate technological devices for extended periods.

• Preferred Associate degree or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in online or land-based casino/sports wagering.
• Experience in responsible gaming and compliance roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Hourly pay range: $25.31 to $33.22, based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
• Eligible for a performance-based bonus plan.

• Must comply with state gaming regulations, including licensing obligations.
• Comprehensive background checks are required, covering criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
