What You'll Do

• Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs.
• Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs.
• Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Provide clear and accurate service estimates.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders.
• Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers.
• Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly.
• Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.

What You'll Bring

• Previous High-Line Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus
• Communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Open availability, including Saturdays

Total Rewards ($66,000 to $114,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
