Tax Manager, Tax Accountant

Salary to $130K plus incentives
Tax Manager opportunity in Central NJ! 4+ years experience in either public accounting and/or private industry. CPA and/or MST preferred.
Responsibilities- Model tax impacts resulting from legislation, acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings.
- Calculate and reconcile the income statement and balance sheet tax accounts.
- Track tax law and incorporate them into the company’s quarterly/annual tax provision.
- Identify opportunities to leverage tax technologies
- Assist with tax planning and tax calculations.
- Prepare GAAP & Non-GAAP tax rate projections
- Manage quarterly and annual tax provision.
- Draft tax-related footnote disclosures
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA and/or MST preferred.
- 4+ years of tax experience in either public accounting and/or private industry.
- Corporate income tax ASC 740 preparation (Federal, State & Local) experience required.
- Experience with international operations a plus.
- One Source Tax Provision a plus
