• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well‑being
• Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety
• Administer prescribed medications and track clients' health conditions
• Prepare meals that meet clients' dietary restrictions and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is required
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine compassion for others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
