The Area Director oversees and manages clinic operations within their designated area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role includes acting as the Clinic Director for one location while supporting and mentoring other Clinic Directors to optimize growth, implement strategies, and address operational challenges. The Area Director reports to the Regional Director and plays a critical role in clinic performance, staff development, and quality assurance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Oversight
- Supervise Clinic Directors and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Communicate updates and directives from leadership.
Operational Analysis & Strategy
- Review and analyze clinic performance metrics, including productivity, patient retention, and billing.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
- Address operational challenges and provide actionable solutions.
Staff Management
- Conduct staff reviews and support professional development.
- Plan staffing needs and manage PTO and coverage schedules.
- Provide on-site coverage as needed to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Quality Assurance
- Perform quarterly audits to ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.
- Monitor treatment programs for effectiveness and alignment with patient goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Clinic Growth & Development
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors to set and achieve clinic goals.
- Drive patient engagement, referral growth, and marketing efforts.
Time Allocation
- Administrative Duties: 20%, including oversight of area operations and responsibilities as a Clinic Director.
- Clinical Duties: 80%, with a productivity expectation of 80–85% of the company standard.
This salaried position requires flexibility to meet both administrative and clinical demands. Weekly hours may exceed those of a Clinic Director based on area needs.
