• Lead by example: Launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model best‑practice care techniques
• Provide hands‑on care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders
• Ensure quality & safety: Conduct home‑safety assessments, perform quality‑assurance visits, direct collaboration with Director of Nursing
• Support our caregivers: skills refreshers, and competency checks to elevate team performance
• Serve on the on‑call rotation: Help cover caregiver call‑outs, fill urgent shifts, and address client concerns after hours
• Problem‑solve in real time: Respond to changes in client condition, elevate issues appropriately, and keep families informed

• 5+ year of professional caregiving experience (CHHA required)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Proven ability to coach and mentor peers
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients as needed
• Comfort with mobile apps/Wellsky for documenting care
• Compassionate, ethical, and calm under pressure—a true professional in every scenario

Compensation: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
