Behavior Technician

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Behavior Technician with our agency, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of professionals, learn from their expertise, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks
