Overview
Job Title:
SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant
Location:
NJ / PA Area (Onsite - USA)
Face to Face Interview
Experience:
10+ Years
- Work as a techno-functional expert in SAP MDG, with a focus on design, configuration, development, and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into MDG solutions.
- Manage end-to-end master data lifecycle including creation, change, validation, and approval processes.
- Configure and customize SAP MDG for various master data objects (e.g., Materials, Customers, Vendors).
- Develop data models, workflows, business rules, and validations in SAP MDG.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Work closely with offshore and onshore teams in a hybrid model.
- Participate in data migration and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-deployment.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP MDG.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG customizations and enhancements.
- Expertise in Material Master, Customer Master, and other master data domains.
- Good understanding of SAP Data Models, BRF+, FPM, and Workflow.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4
HANA integration with MDG. - Ability to debug ABAP and coordinate with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore model.
