- Less than 15 years of total professional experience
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
, with near-native English fluency
- Drive U.S. execution of global digital platforms and technology initiatives
- Lead AI-driven solutions from pilot to scale in real business use cases
- Build and manage partnerships with U.S. tech companies, startups, and research institutions
- Oversee and optimize U.S.
-based IT Operations and Maintenance teams
- Experience managing teams of 5+ in the U.S.
- Exposure to AI applications
, SAP implementations
, or large-scale ERP initiatives - Background in biotech or biopharma environments
- Role is fully onsite in Piscataway, NJ
- Preference for candidates currently on the East Coast
