Job Description

Several prominent and expanding family law firms in New Jersey are seeking motivated legal professionals at various levels – Associate, Attorney, and Partner. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert counsel and legal support in Family Law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and other related issues.
  • Draft, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf during negotiations and trials.
  • Stay current with New Jersey State and Federal laws related to Family Law.
  • Develop strong, empathetic relationships with clients, offering support during difficult personal matters.
  • Manage a diverse caseload and provide timely updates to clients.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
  • Experience level may vary:
    • Associate Level
      : 0-3 years of experience.
    • Attorney Level
      : 3+ years of experience, with proven trial experience in divorce cases.
    • Partner Level
      :
      Extensive experience and a proven track record in managing and growing a Family Law practice.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20-30 cases at the Associate level, with higher expectations for Attorney and Partner levels.
  • Proven trial experience, particularly in divorce cases, is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with the utmost integrity and discretion.
