The role involves handling a variety of criminal defense cases, including DWI, assault, drug offenses, and more, through all stages of litigation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, representing clients in court, negotiating plea deals, preparing case strategies, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Collaboration with the firm's legal team to ensure case success is integral to this role.

• Strong expertise in Criminal Law, Criminal Defense Law, and Criminal Defense strategies
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth legal Research
• Experience managing diverse case portfolios and advocating for clients in criminal law cases
• Sharp analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey
• Previous courtroom and litigation experience is highly desirable
