• Flexible Scheduling
  :
  Operate 7 days a week. Full‑time - 4 shifts per week (8‑12 hour shifts). Part‑time - 2‑3 shifts per week (8‑12 hour shifts). Immediate start dates & paid training.
• Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus):
  Total average earnings $22‑$26/hour.

  Profit Share – you receive a percentage from the jobs you complete.

• A typical day includes
  • Day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
  • Teams of two head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties, take away unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
  • Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
  • Once your truck is full, dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
  • Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team.
  • Feel amazing about helping your community.

• 21+ years of age (required for commercial truck insurance).
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Clean driving history (no points, suspensions, or violations) for 3 years.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in the success of our team.
