Building Maintenance Worker / Maintenance Worker 1 Grounds – Facilities Management

Monmouth County Building Maintenance Worker is an entry‑level position responsible for cleaning and maintaining County facilities and grounds. All shifts available. Opportunities to grow within the Division and learn other skills and trades.

• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, and sweeping assigned areas; ensuring bathrooms are cleaned and trash is emptied daily.
• Performing maintenance repairs, including minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Assisting trades crews with building renovations and repairs.
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and maintaining County grounds.
• Snow removal during winter months.

• Valid NJ driver’s license.
