This leading global product engineering firm is building out its US presence and needs a senior product leader to drive that growth.
Working at the intersection of CX, design, and technology, you’ll help shape the future of the company’s offering stateside while delivering tangible value for clients from day one.
Role Overview- Role: Consulting Product Director
- Location: Remote US-based, East Coast preferred (occasional travel to New Jersey)
- Lead early-stage client engagements across the US, from discovery and value‑shaping to scoping and proposal.
- Act as the go‑to expert for CX and product‑led transformation conversations.
- Shape and drive pre‑sales efforts, partnering closely with global leadership on market strategy.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams (Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Data/AI) post‑sale.
- Identify and close new opportunities across sectors, including Healthcare, Banking, and Financial Services.
- Represent the business at key industry events and client‑facing engagements.
- Play a strategic role in growing the US business, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling delivery.
- Contribute to thought leadership and create assets that support the US go‑to‑market approach.
- Significant experience in a senior product role (Director, Head of Product, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in pre‑sales, pitching, and shaping solutions for C‑suite stakeholders.
- Strong consulting background is essential.
- Experience working with CX, design, UX/UI, and engineering teams.
- Commercial mindset with confidence in pre‑sales engagements.
- Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and mobilise teams across disciplines.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder savvy and relationship‑building skills.
- Able to work comfortably across sectors and domains.
- Bonus points for experience in Healthcare, Banking, or Financial Services.
- It is highly preferred that candidates are within a commutable distance to New Jersey.
- A pivotal leadership role with autonomy and influence in the US market.
- Work with high‑profile clients and complex, meaningful challenges.
