Salary Range: $24.00 To $28.00 Hourly

Gorlin Pools & Spas is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Manager (Regular Full-Time) to oversee warehouse operations at our Lakehurst, NJ location. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, inventory control, staff coordination, and ensuring materials and equipment are prepared accurately and on time to support construction, service, and retail operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of pool supplies, equipment, and materials
• Supervise and support warehouse staff; assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Coordinate material/supply preparation and staging for field, maintenance and service teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and manage shortages or discrepancies
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely; ensure proper handling of materials
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Communicate with management regarding inventory needs, staffing, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus
• Previous warehouse experience within the pool industry is required
• Pool knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Computer skills and inventory management experience required
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must be available to work Saturdays when needed
• Warehouse setting with exposure to seasonal temperatures
• Regular full-time position
