Commercial Construction experience is required:
The Construction Manager will be required to be on-site to visit projects in NJ/PA and will be in-office on other days.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects through various phases, from planning to close-out
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and overall project tracking
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
- Identify and address risks, issues, and changes as projects evolve
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 3-5+ years of experience managing construction or site-based projects
- Working knowledge of construction processes, compliance, and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable using project management tools and reporting systems
