Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Frozen Department and its Associates to achieve department goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement);
Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment in accordance with QA standards and safety policies;
Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance while promoting promotions;
Onboard and train new department Associates and provide ongoing coaching and feedback;
Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations and Company policies across Frozen Operations
