🔧 Skilled Manufacturing Operator (Full-Time | On-site)

We’re hiring Skilled Manufacturing Operators for a well-established, technology-driven manufacturing company that designs and produces high-precision components used by global fintech and consumer brands.

This is a hands-on, full-time role in a modern production environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machines, takes pride in precision work, and is comfortable flexing across different workstations based on production needs.

• Operate and support CNC machines, lamination systems, engraving equipment, and/or finishing machines
• Perform precision manual tasks such as tacking and detailed finishing
• Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Record production and quality data using basic computer systems (ERP or logs)
• Rotate between machines and functions as needed to support production goals
• Assist supervisors in identifying bottlenecks and keeping production on track
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly

• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Experience in at least one of the following:
  • CNC machine operation
  • Lamination
  • Engraving
  • Tacking
  • Precision finishing or assembly
• Comfortable working across multiple machines or workstations
• Basic computer skills (machine interfaces, production tracking)
• Strong reliability, attendance, and safety mindset

• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
• Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems
• Background in precision industries (electronics, medical devices, aerospace, metal fabrication)
