Position OverviewWith direct reporting to the heads of Operation, as an ERP Analyst, you are representing the Manufacturing team in the successful roll out of the ERP across all shifts and department but also ensure best practices are widely deployed across the organization. As a superuser, you will also assist Operation with daily enquiries related to the solutions installed.
The ERP Analyst will be expected to work on-site five days a week in the Somerset, NJ office.
- Salary range: 80-100k USD
- Annual Bonus:
Up to 15% (contingent upon a combination of company's and personal performance). - Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

, occasional early or late presence required:
As early as 5:00 AM (morning shift) and as late as 11:00 PM (night shift). Frequency:
Possibly once a week during deployments, otherwise less frequent (every other week or as needed)
- Represent manufacturing team in the ERP system deployment
- Review, recommend and validate manufacturing workflows in the ERP environment
- Review, recommend and validate ERP report for manufacturing use
- Super user of system for manufacturing related topic
- Train and deploy best practices across Manufacturing team (all shifts, all operations)
- Develop SOP and training documentation
- Support and propose new ERP capability
- A minimum of 6 years (or more) in relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years (or more) of experience with an ERP System
- High School; BA preferred
- Ability to relate to employees and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
- Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load
- Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, self-motivated, creative and innovative
- Excellent problem solving skills
