Document Prep Specialist 2nd Shift

• Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
• Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
• Schedule: M-F, 5 days per week, 9-hour shifts (includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Preparation Specialist to support high-volume document processing operations. This is primarily a seated role focused on reviewing, organizing, and preparing documents for imaging. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent focus, and the ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks.

• Prepare documents for imaging by removing staples, paper clips, and other fasteners.
• Straighten bent corners or folded pages to ensure documents lay flat.
• Maintain the original order of documents when returning them to cartons.
• Work through one carton at a time, supplied by the Record Center Coordinator.
• Perform prep tasks for approximately 60% of the shift.
• Complete work while seated; sit/stand options may be available.
• Follow written instructions accurately and maintain focus on task flow.

• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform repetitive upper-extremity movements.
• Ability to maintain consistent productivity while seated for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hands and upper extremities for document handling.
• Some reaching required.
• Protective footwear may be required and must meet ASTM F2413-11 safety toe standards with a slip-resistant rating of “Better” or “Best.”
