• Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to produce products based on Job Book specifications.
• Produce products that meet MICRO’s quality standards and customer specifications consistently.
• Operate a variety of production equipment and machinery.
• Manufacture, test, inspect, package, and label products per defined procedures and instructions.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Verify material, lubricants, solvents and packaging materials are correct.
• Produce products that conform to all requirements outlined in the job book.
• Monitor production process during the production run.
• Perform maintenance activities where applicable.
• Stop production when product is not in conformance and follow nonconformance procedure.
• Read and interpret prints in the job book; verify dimensions of finished product visually and/or with inspection equipment per customer specifications.
• Keep inspection data per job book requirements.
• Complete all necessary documentation.
• Use SPC to verify conformance of products.
• Identify production or quality issues and report to appropriate group.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk and hear. Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must lift/push/pull/carry up to 10 lbs constantly, 10-25 lbs frequently, 25-50 lbs occasionally. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus adjustment. Must demonstrate manual & spatial dexterity for precision work. Exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, risk of electrical shock, odors, dust, mists, fumes, airborne particles, wet/humid conditions.

Noise level moderate to loud.
