Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer I to join our Infrastructure Server Cloud Services Support team. This role is based at Centra State Medical Center in Freehold, NJ and will play a key part in supporting local operations and contributing to enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives.

• Deploy, manage, and decommission server hardware, enterprise storage, operating systems, and software.
• Provide technical support to internal and external users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and support technologies including ESXi hosts, Windows Servers, Active Directory, VxRail, Duo Security, Secure Link, Cisco, SCCM, patching, security, storage, applications, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting for automation in Power Shell or Python.
• Provide additional application support as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred or a combination of work history and education.
• Certification:
  Windows Server, VMWare, Azure, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare IT environment.
• Scripting experience in Power Shell or Python.
