Packaging Operator – 1st Shift

NJ | Full-Time
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are hiring a Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility.

You’ll work on a production line,
inspect, weigh, and package finished products
, monitor equipment, and make sure products meet quality and safety standards.

• Package finished products according to production procedures
• Inspect and weigh products for accuracy
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment
• Work at different production stations as needed
• Check products for quality and report issues
• Keep the production area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Complete required training

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
