Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for a Luxury Bedding Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital/traditional channels, creating content, managing social media, analyzing data, conducting market research to identify trends and target audiences, to promote our luxury bedding line. The role will also involve collaborating with the sales and design teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Campaign Management:
  Plan, Execute, and Monitor marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, events)
• Content Creation:
  Develop engaging content like posts, articles, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Market Research:
  Analyze trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to find opportunities.
• Data Analysis:
  Track KPIs and report on campaign performance.
• Digital Marketing:
  Manage social media, SEO, email lists and website content.

• Strong Writing, Communication, and Presentation skills.
• Experience in Market Research to understand target demographics and industry trends.
• Proven abilities in Sales and developing Marketing Strategies to drive growth.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time-management skills
• Previous Experience in the luxury or home goods industry is required.
