LPN Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey LPN licensein good standing

• Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not required

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders

• Monitor residents’ health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance
