Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time / Per-Diem

Full‑time shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

PRN shifts: any 8‑hour shift; one weekend per month is required.

$30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience and incentives). Daily pay available and more.

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow the plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
