About the Role:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse with Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide skilled nursing services, medication administration, and wound care to our residents. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, promoting resident independence, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interventions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families

• Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
