A well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Freehold, NJ area is seeking an organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to join its team. This position is responsible for coordinating daily nursing schedules and helping ensure appropriate staffing coverage across all shifts.

• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly nursing staff schedules.

• Coordinate staffing for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs based on facility needs.

• Monitor call-outs, open shifts, and staffing changes and arrange appropriate coverage.

• Communicate schedule changes with nursing staff and department leadership.

• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules.

• Assist with tracking attendance, overtime, and staffing hours.

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership to address staffing needs.

• Assist with agency scheduling and coordination when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and facility information.

• Support the nursing department with administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous staffing or scheduling experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Nursing Home, Long-Term Care, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Familiarity with scheduling RNs, LPNs, and CNAs preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively with nursing staff and leadership.
