About the Role:As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your expertise and compassion will be essential in providing a dignified and supportive environment that promotes healing, growth, and independence. You will:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive best practices and enhance patient outcomes
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 coverage and support to our residents
