Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift
.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the overnight hours.
What You'll DoAs the RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during your assigned shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift
- Monitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate nursing care is provided
- Respond to changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team
- Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff
- Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately
- Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
- Address clinical and staffing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Current New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Consistent overnight schedule: 11 PM - 7 AM
