Join The Bristal Assisted Living as friendly, professional and compassionate Waitstaff. We provide chef‑prepared cuisine and a country‑club dining experience three times a day.

• Ensure all meals are served and presented in accordance with the Director of Food Service guidelines.
• Patiently and cheerfully take resident meal orders.
• Check station tables for settings and cleanliness.
• Read the menu before service so you can assist residents with their selections.
• Assist with plating and portion control of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages and desserts.
• Buss tables at the end of the meal.

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or food‑service‑related industry.
• Ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to multi‑task.
• Good communication, customer service and people skills.
• Professional, patient and able to satisfy a demanding customer base.
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred, but not required.
• Team player, willing to help out where needed to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
• Familiarity with food safety, food preparation and board of health guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways.
• Must always be reliable, caring and gentle in actions and demeanor.
• Maintains an abiding respect for the elderly and remains calm at all times.
