THE ROLE

We are hiring Back of House Team Members for our Morning Shift to support breakfast and lunch operations in a fast-paced, well-organized kitchen.

This role is ideal for someone who:

* Is looking for consistent, part-time hours

At Chick-fil-A, working in the kitchen is more than just preparing food - it's about teamwork, consistency, and doing things the right way every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Arrive on time for a 5:30 AM start and check in with the opening kitchen leader

* Prepare ingredients and set up the kitchen for breakfast and lunch service

* Cook, assemble, and package food according to Chick-fil-A standards

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep, cook, and dish areas

* Follow food safety procedures, including temperature checks and FIFO rotation

* Work across kitchen stations such as prep, breading, fries, and assembly

* Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth service

* Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance concerns

* Participate in training and stay up to date on procedures and menu items

* Follow Chick-fil-A appearance, safety, and operational standards at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Must be 18 years or older

* Saturday availability is required

* Reliable, punctual, and consistent

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

* Willing to learn and work as part of a team

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
