NJ Leaf is a premier, multi-location dispensary with five locations across Monmouth and Middlesex County. We are dedicated to providing an elevated, educational, and welcoming customer experience through exceptional service and a carefully curated selection of products. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Wellness Advisors to join our newest location in Jamesburg.

As a Wellness Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident throughout their shopping experience. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives through ongoing training.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, welcoming environment.
• Follow all cash-handling procedures and operational standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement established by state regulations for this industry.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
