Raceway Jeep of Freehold is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Lot Manager or Lot Technician to support our Freehold dealership operations. This position is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers and the sales team.

• Organize and maintain new and pre‑owned vehicle inventory
• Keep the dealership lot clean, safe, and professionally presented
• Move vehicles between departments and dealership locations as directed
• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming inventory
• Install stock numbers, license plates, window stickers, and other required materials
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and front‑line ready
• Assist with dealer trades, customer deliveries, and vehicle staging
• Coordinate with sales, service, detail, and management teams
• Report inventory damage, missing keys, or location discrepancies immediately

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the lot
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
• Previous dealership or inventory experience preferred but not required

• Full‑time position. Saturday availability is required. Specific hours and days off will be discussed during the
  interview.
