Part Time Support Lead

Five Below -  - Responsibilities:
Wow customers through personal interactions and deliver the BEST customer service experience;
Train crew on customer service processes to ensure fast, friendly checkouts;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure quick placement on sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations, staff, and customer issues;
Manage opening/closing duties including securing cash, locking doors, and ensuring daily readiness;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Help drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service;
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts;
Perform store maintenance tasks (cleaning, stocking, housekeeping) as needed
