Overview

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• You keep product moving efficiently through effective, timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• You manage the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized for optimal operation.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop game plans, and take action to correct them.
• You support teammates by stepping in to complete non‑stock tasks or assist guests whenever needed.
• You uphold safety standards in the Stockroom and on the sales floor, following Asset Protection guidelines and AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excel at priority‑setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability, working early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
