Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Freight Forwarding

Locations:

• On-site | New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (Flexible for top performers)

Commission Structure: Extremely competitive – monthly payout, with typical reps earning $10K–$25K/month

Must-Haves:

• Active book of business generating $200K+/month in revenue (not GP)
• Proven success in domestic and/or international freight forwarding sales
• Strong preference for candidates with heavy domestic or multi-modal focus
• Ability to build and grow long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and territory development skills
• No heavy reliance on ocean freight-only accounts
• Experience selling multi-modal solutions (air freight, ground, warehousing, final mile)
• Previous roles with top-tier logistics providers such as:
• BTX, Radiant, Mainfreight, Omni, Pegasus, Allstates, Maersk, PGL, Saturn
• $90K–$120K range, flexible based on book and background

Commission Plans (Monthly Payout):

Standard Plan (Based on GP):

• $25K–$50K = 8%
• $50K–$100K = 10%
• $100K–$150K = 12%
• $150K–$200K = 12.5%
• $250K+ = 13%

High Achiever Plan (Based on GP):

(Eligible after hitting 2.5x base salary threshold)

• $100K–$250K = 17%
• $250K+ = 18%

Most reps are earning between $10K–$25K/month in commissions on top of base.
