Agentic AI Software Sales Director

Position Summary

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading enterprise and mid-market sales initiatives for AI-driven products and solutions. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales leader who understands complex AI offerings and can translate technical value into business outcomes for clients.

• Own and execute the end-to-end sales strategy for Agentic AI Platform.
• Drive new business development while expanding existing enterprise accounts.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline with consistent forecasting.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders.
• Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and industry events as needed.

• Proven experience selling AI solutions, AI platforms, or AI-powered products.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
• Stable work history with long-term tenure in prior roles (no job hoppers).
• Strong understanding of enterprise or SaaS sales models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
