We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our on-site sales team in Pompton Plains, NJ.
This role is designed for an experienced B2B IT sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and account growth.
You will be responsible for new business development, account management, and revenue growth across assigned market segments.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate B2B customers
- Identify and pursue new opportunities via inbound leads, outbound outreach, and networking
- Present enterprise IT hardware and infrastructure solutions to decision-makers
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Collaborate closely with procurement and internal teams on pricing and availability
- Track all sales activities accurately in CRM systems
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and vendor developments
- 3+ years of B2B corporate sales experience
, preferably in IT hardware, networking, or technology distribution - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or other related disciplines (required)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products clearly
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Turkish – speaking and comprehension (required)
- Spanish (preferred)
- On-site position in Pompton Plains, NJ (not remote)
- Full-time:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Occasional after-hours email availability
- Immediate availability preferred (within 2–4 weeks)
- Valid driver’s license
