Regional Sales Manager

Overview

We are partnering with a well-established medical equipment manufacturer that specializes in storage solutions, cabinets, procedure carts and related healthcare products. With more than 20 years in business, a global footprint, and strong momentum in the U.S. market, this company is continuing to expand its commercial team.

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across NY, NJ, DE, DC, MD, WV, and VA
. The RSM can live anywhere within the territory. This is a field-based role focused on driving revenue growth within hospitals and surgery centers, working closely with distributor partners.

• Manage and grow sales across the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and key stakeholders
• Partner with distributor representatives to drive product adoption and close business
• Identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and execute territory plans
• Represent the company at customer meetings, in-services, and industry events
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to internal teams

• Proven success in field-based medical device or medical equipment sales
• Experience selling into hospitals and/or surgery centers
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
