BMW of Freehold is expanding! We have a brand‑new, spectacular, state‑of‑the‑art showroom and are searching for a high‑performing BDC to support our award‑winning sales team.

• Previous automotive dealership sales, BDC or internet sales experience in a high‑volume dealership is required.
• Experience with Highline dealership is a plus.
• Automotive sales, BDC, internet and/or client advisor experience is a must.
• Polished, professional, sales‑minded and customer‑focused demeanor.
• Outstanding follow‑up skills.
• Ability to convert internet leads to appointments or sales.
• Team player.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and focused on customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

The hourly wage for this position is $17.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
