Retail Membership Sales Specialist

Join AAA Club Alliance as a full‑time Retail Membership Sales Specialist and help customers discover the value of AAA memberships.

• Sell and process new AAA memberships, maximizing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Drive engagement through in‑store sales and outbound calls.
• Welcome new members and present promotions.
• Document all leads and interactions accurately.
• Serve as the store’s membership expert and assist with cashier, tag, title, and IDEMIA functions as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of sales and customer‑service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and computer programs.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful pre‑employment and post‑employment screening (criminal, drug, and other required checks).
• Ability to obtain necessary membership license or other required credentials.

Base pay $20.97–$26.83 per hour, commensurate with experience. Incentive pay averages $162–$500 per month.

The store is located at 3478 US9, Freehold, NJ07728. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM–5:30PM and Saturday 9:00AM–3:00PM, for a 37.5‑hour work week. No Sundays.
