Role Description The Entry Level Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Freehold, NJ. This position is responsible for prospecting new business, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline of opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls and emails, following up on inbound inquiries, scheduling meetings or product demos, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

The representative will collaborate closely with senior sales staff to understand customer needs, prepare basic quotes or proposals, and learn the company’s product offerings and value propositions. This role also involves researching potential clients, participating in team meetings, and consistently working toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with prospects and customers.
• Basic sales, customer service, or client-facing experience through work, internships, or school projects is beneficial.
• Comfort with using computers, CRM or database tools, and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Freehold, NJ and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
