BDC Administrator - Service

Dealership: L0705 DCH Freehold Toyota DCH Freehold Toyota Now Hiring Service BDC Representatives! Pay: $17-Dependent on experience. Bonuses based on:
Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Schedule:

The hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off.

• Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
• Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Introduce customers to service team
• Enter customer information into CRM
• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.

• Automotive Service BDC is required
• Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
• Outstanding follow-up skills
• Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
• Strong communication skills –both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
• Highly organized with attention to detail

The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on:
Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
