RSW are seeking experienced HVAC Fitters to join their client in the Somerset area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to interpret schematics effectively. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment, including air conditioning systems. The Fitter will also play a vital role in leading projects and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards.

The Fitter will lead projects and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards, performing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems as required.

• Mechanical fitting using technical drawings and instructions.
• Using tools and equipment for the removal and installation of mechanical plant.
• Must have HVAC mechanical fitter experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with reading and understanding schematics is essential.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively within a team setting.

• A full Level 3 Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Engineering or Mechanical Fitting,
• or a related discipline such as Mechanical, Aircraft, Plant, Machinery, Marine, Vehicle Maintenance, or Mechanical Manufacturing (Fitting and Assembly),
• or Installing and Commissioning Machinery and Equipment.
• A valid CCNSG Safety Passport is essential.
