Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Irrigation Field Manager to lead field operations, develop team members, and help build the systems and leadership structure that will drive the company's next phase of growth.

• Lead, supervise, and actively participate in all aspects of irrigation maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, renovations
  .
• Manage, train, mentor, and develop a team of irrigation technicians to ensure high‑quality workmanship and productivity.
• Coordinate daily field operations, schedules, labor, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including:
  Controllers, Valves, Pumps, Wiring Sensors, Drip systems, Water distribution components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, contractors, and vendors.

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Proven experience managing and leading an irrigation team of at least five (5) field employees

• Experience with high‑end residential and commercial irrigation systems
  .
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• BONUS - knowledge of irrigation system(s), hydraulics, water management, controllers, pumps, valves, drip systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• BONUS - Ability to read site plans, blueprints, and irrigation drawings.
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
